Grand Prize Details:

The winner will receive a 2020 Mercedes AMG GT 4-door couple and $15,000 USD. In the UAE, the Grand Prize would be delivered along with the VAT, shipping cost, and registration charges paid.

In all other countries, the delivery of the Grand Prize would only be done to the nearest deliverable location, subject to additional expenses payable by the winner. All applicable import duties, taxes, and registration charges from the destination country are the responsibility of the winner.

In case the winner wishes to not take delivery of the Grand Prize, he/she may also go for cash alternative that is 75% of the ARV. No additional funds would be provided. This includes and is not limited to UAE residents not receiving the additional amount for VAT.

King Rox reserves the right to refuse delivery of the prize to specific countries. The winners would be required for accepting the cash equivalent in such cases.

The vehicle prize is to be provided on an "as is” basis without any liabilities, representatives, and warranties. Sponsor (King Rox) does not represent or warrant that the vehicle adheres to or complies with any applicable country, state, or any other safety or environmental and/or other regulations an requirements in order for the vehicle to be legally operational or certified for use on the destination country’s public roadways. Evaluation of the vehicle and ensuring that it is in compliance with all applicable standards and legal requirements for its intended use and operation is the sole responsibility of the winner.

Ineligible Countries:

Winners must not be residents of Cuba, Belgium, Iraq, North Korea, Sudan, Italy, Syria, Iran or Thailan

Winner Confirmation Process:

Winners are decided on the basis of a random draw streamed live over Facebook and YouTube. See How it Works for more details on selecting the winning Raffle Ticket.

The confirmation process after picking the winning ticket includes:

• King Rox account in good standing and KYC completed
• Ensuring that the winner satisfies criterion as may be applicable based on their age, country of residence, and award of prizes as per local regulations.
• Background check to ensure that the winner meets all legal standards as required

Before confirming a potential winner, King Rox may require them to confirm eligibility. King Rox may move to another potential winner in case the user does not satisfy any of the criteria laid down or fails to procure the necessary documentation.
