What are the delivery methods available at king Rox?

There are 3 delivery methods while buying a product at King Rox:

  1. If you send a product to charity, King Rox will ship the product to the charity through a reputed courier service.
  2. If you want to ship it to yourself, King Rox will ship it to you (available worldwide) using an international logistics service.
  3. If you order a product with self-pickup, you need to pick it from the chosen King Rox location nearest to you.

How much time will it take to get my products?

In the case of domestic shipping, we try our best to get the product to you within 14 business days. For international shipping, the shipping time can vary depending on your country of residence

What happens if I do not receive my product?

Please allow 80 days for your product to be delivered, especially when it is to be shipped internationally. If you do not receive it within 80 days, we will issue a replacement for the product.

What if I receive wrong/defect product?

If you receive wrong or defective product, we request you to report your concern to us through email: Help@kingrox.com within 48 hours after you receive your order. We will replace the product if the received one is wrong or defective.

Is your product campaign limited?

For every campaign we have limited number of tickets, so once all the tickets are sold out, you will not be able to make the purchase of that specific product.
