Cancellations and Modifications

Once the order is completed, you cannot edit or cancel it. Products purchased on King Rox are final and cannot be modified once the order is placed. Due to the nature of campaigns and associated products, we are unable to process any modifications to the order or allow any exchanges once the order is delivered.

Refunds

After you place the order, please allow up to 80 days for the products to be delivered to you. In case the product is still undelivered after 80 days, we will ship a replacement product. If your order has not been delivered, you can simply get in touch with our support team through email: help@KingRox.com

Returns and Exchanges

Once the raffle ticket has been issued, we will not be able to refund a product. Because of the unique nature of our campaigns, exchanges are also not permitted. If your order has been processed already, you cannot opt for a return/exchange. King Rox takes utmost care in delivering the best quality products. In case you find a quality issue with the delivered product, do reach out to our support team and we will provide you with a resolution as early as possible. If you receive the defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect. If we find it defective, we will send you the replacement of the product. You may get replacements of the product more than once, but there will be no refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and the items ordered. We provide delivery services worldwide. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order. Shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout screen.

We provide a self-pickup facility to the buyer at King Rox. If the buyer wants to choose the self-pickup option, he/she will have to pick up the product directly from our office within one month after the order has been placed. If the buyer fails to pick up their ordered product within a certain time, then the product will be directly donated to our King Rox charity foundation without the consent of the buyer.

What if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive the wrong product, we request you to report your concern to us through email: Help@kingrox.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order. You can choose to have a replacement for the product. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Donation

At the time of checkout, the buyer will have an option to donate the purchased product to our charity foundation. If the buyer chooses to donate the product, then it will be final and you will not be able to modify anything in it.
