1. Ticket Purchase and Share Allocation
King Rox sources original raffle or lottery tickets from reputable third-party providers (e.g., Dubai Duty Free, Abu Dhabi Big Ticket, The UAE Lottery, etc.) and offers them on our platform in grouped shares. Each group contains a set number of tickets with unique serial numbers. Customers may purchase one or more shares in a group. In the event of a winning ticket, the prize will be divided among shareowners proportionally based on their number of shares.
2. Pricing and Service Fees
The base ticket price is equal to the official price of the original ticket from the issuing company. A 20% service fee is added during checkout, calculated on the total value of the ticket(s) purchased. If a customer wins a prize, 10% of the winning amount will be deducted as a service fee before disbursement.
3. Purchase Terms & Availability
Purchases are subject to availability and may be limited at our discretion. All sales are final and non-refundable. Customers must ensure they are eligible to participate in raffles or games of chance under their local laws. Participation may be restricted in certain jurisdictions.
4. Winner Notification and Prize Claims
Winners will be publicly announced on our website (www.kingrox.com), social media channels, and through partner platforms. Draws may be live-streamed or made available via recorded video. To claim a prize, winners must present: The original ticket (held by King Rox on behalf of the shareowners) Proof of purchase Valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport) matching the name on the order.
5. Prize Disbursement
Cash prizes will be converted and paid out according to the currency and method specified on our platform. Vehicle or item prizes: King Rox will cover shipping to the nearest international seaport in the winner’s country. Winners are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or any local clearance costs. Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of the draw. Unclaimed prizes will be donated to the King Rox Charity after this period. For non-cash prizes (e.g., vehicles), collection must be arranged within 180 days.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All ticket or share purchases are non-refundable. No cancellations or exchanges are permitted once a purchase is confirmed.
7. Right of Refusal
King Rox reserves the right to: Refuse or cancel any sale at its discretion Postpone or cancel a draw for technical, legal, or regulatory reasons Refund a customer in full if a sale is canceled before draw participation
8. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase on King Rox, the customer: Agrees to these Terms & Conditions Understands and consents to the applied service fees (20% on ticket purchases and 10% on winnings) Acknowledges that participation is final and at their own risk
9. Third-Party Raffle Terms
Tickets are sourced from external raffle providers. Their individual terms and conditions may apply and can be found on their respective websites.
